1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CleanOS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including cleaning business owners, managers, and team members who access the platform.
2. Description of Service
CleanOS is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed for cleaning companies. It provides tools for scheduling, live operations tracking, photo proof, client management, invoicing, payroll, and financial reporting. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at app.cleanos@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Subscription and Payment
CleanOS offers paid plans (Starter, Growth, and Pro) billed monthly. Prices are shown in USD. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the start of each billing cycle. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.
5. Free Trial
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the Service. Unused trial days are not transferable or refundable.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not: (a) share account credentials with unauthorized parties; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the Service; (c) upload harmful, unlawful, or infringing content; (d) use the Service to harm or deceive others.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using CleanOS, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein. You retain ownership of any data you upload or create within the platform.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service — including its design, code, and content — are owned by CleanOS. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your active subscription.
9. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. CleanOS reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. CleanOS does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CleanOS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
