Why we built it
Most cleaning-business owners don't lose sleep over a missing feature. They lose it calling cleaners to ask "did you start yet?", arguing with an Airbnb host over a job they can't prove was done, and rebuilding a year of payments in a spreadsheet every January. The tools they were handed were either generic field-service software that never understood turnovers, or a pile of WhatsApp threads and notebooks. CleanOS exists to give a growing cleaning company one calm, organized place to run the whole operation — so the owner can run the day from their phone instead of the passenger seat.
What makes us different
We build for one industry, not fifty. That focus shows up in the details that matter to cleaning: before/after photo proof is mandatory on every job (not an afterthought), turnovers for Airbnb and VRBO are first-class, payroll and year-end 1099/W-9 export are built in, and QuickBooks sync means you never type anything twice. And because the people doing the work in the US are often American, Hispanic and Brazilian, the whole platform works in English, Spanish and Portuguese — every teammate uses it in their own language.
